Franchouchou participates in a television program with White Ryu, they will have to visit and present the Yûtoku-Inari temple together. Saki is a huge fan of Ryu, with whom she spends most of the day. She drinks from his words and doesn't understand that the director of the TV show finds Ryu cheesy. Lily also thinks that Ryu is a bit old-fashioned, only that Saki seems to be under the spell of the rocker.

Ryu proposes to continue the visit by going to the rear altar of the temple, in the Myobu shrine; however, he has difficulty climbing all the steps and reaching the top. Once there, he will collapse on a bench.
At the end of the day, Saki says goodbye to her longtime idol and will catch up on Ryu's radio shows. He thanks her, but tells her that he will soon be leaving the show. Saki, surprised by this revelation, decides to go to his show that same night.

White Ryu welcomes Saki and Sakura carefree to his show. Saki begs him to continue hosting the show, a show that saved her in the past and may continue to save lost people like her in Saga. Ryu reminds her that the important thing is the show, not just him, and that he wanted to bequeath it to such a passionate person. This passionate person, according to him, is Saki, who agrees to take charge of her idol's radio show.
After leaving the radio station, Ryu and Saki say their goodbyes. Saki confesses her feelings to him. He reminds her that it is not to him that she should direct this passion, but to those who are lost and to Saga. White Ryu tells her that they will meet again when she grows up and becomes an adult woman.
White Ryu is last seen on the hood of his car, with his assistant and driver, heading for an unknown destination.

Due to the spread of the catastrophe in Saga, Ryu decides to help Franchouchou and manages to convince the American army to bring aid to rebuild Saga in addition to sponsoring the event internationally.
