Kagenobu Okuma (大隈景信, Ōkuma Kagenobu) is a professor at Saga University, nicknamed Kuma-san. Okuma is concerned with the disappearances of animals and crop circles that have appeared throughout Saga Prefecture, along with Naomasa and Sano.

- Kagenobu shares a surname with Shigenobu Okuma, who served two terms as Prime Minister of Japan. He also established Waseda University. Shigenobu Okuma is one of the Seven Sages of Saga.
