The Ekimae Real Estate Stadium (駅前不動産スタジアム, Ekimae Fudōsan Sutajiamu), often abbreviated as EFS, is a soccer stadium in Tosu City in the Saga Prefecture.
It is well-known for being the home of a professional soccer team, Sagan Tosu.

It was built as the local Tosu Futures stadium (dissolved in January 1997) belonging to JFL on the Tosu engine district site and the Tosu qualifying yard at the JR Tosu station premises, it was built on the yard railway station of Tosu.
The three-tiered stadium has a capacity of 25,000 spectators and is the first in Japan to use a pure iron frame. The pitch is made of natural grass, and the stands are designed from a bronze sword excavated from an archaeological site in the city. As of February 2019, it became known as Ekimae Fudosan Stadium.
It was formerly known as Tosu Stadium (鳥栖スタジアム, Tosu Sutajiamu) and was later called Best Amenity Stadium from January 2008 to January 2019 for naming rights. Ekimae Real Estate Holdings Co. Ltd. a real estate company in Kurume city, won the Tosu City naming rights agreement, then changed the name of the stadium to “Ekimae Real Estate Stadium” on February 1, 2019.

In the anime, the EFS was the place of Franchouchou's failure because of Kotaro's impetus in thinking that he could do a great event without presales. After a year of the failure of the concert, Kotaro and Franchouchou decide to have their great revenge in the stadium that will serve to make Saga recognized and attract the world's attention for the flood situation.
