Plot[]

One day, a mysterious giant high school student appears in Minami High School, terrorizing the students. This mysterious guy warns some gang members to stay away lest they get hurt, but they insist that he join their gang group called “Q-taro” because of his strength and size, with the goal of conquering Saga and Japan. He refuses, saying that there is something more important, called “love”.

The Busters are celebrating at a restaurant, along with MJ, who made up with Tae through TV. Eikichi, being a minor, cannot drink and only stares at the others at the party. Hanako, drunk, says that MJ is usually very overprotective of Tae and that's why she can't find a lover for her at 29 years old. The revelation of Tae's age surprises Eikichi, who didn't think she wasn't that old. Tae, upset by Anna and Hanako's comments about dating, says that she is in a relationship now. Eikichi starts to get a little jealous and nervous about the comment.

After the party, Eikichi falls asleep, and wakes up surprised to see Hanako on top of him drunk and talking nonsense. He then remembers that he had to take Hanako to her room after the party. He will now have to deal with her, who, drunk, plays the role of a doctor who injects her patient. Hanako injects Eikichi with a medicine, but says that it had no effect. The medicine was a love potion that Hanako was preparing and used Eikichi as a guinea pig; she had noticed that Eikichi had taken notice of Tae and thought that maybe this would help him. Eikichi tries to deny it by saying that he doesn't want anything to do with a person as violent as Tae. To his bad luck, Tae was on the other side of the door, and he hits him to the ground for calling her a violent person. Testing Eikichi's point.

Hurt, he leaves the room and MJ invites him to talk to him. Although it's early in the morning, MJ says that he doesn't need to sleep because his current body is healthy and that he will tell him the truth of the Sagako Busters. The two enter a room full of Sagakos sealed in onions. MJ mentions that the curse was born from the search for the Elixir of Immortality and that since then, he has been struggling with the curses that originate from Saga. Over time, the curses took shape and strength to manifest as Sagako. Eikichi asks why onions are special, to which MJ replies that the land of the Hyodo is special because long exposure to love gave the land the strength to seal curses.

Jofuku explains how curses have changed shape over time

MJ and Eikichi go to the bathroom, where MJ reveals more complicated details about the curse. In the bathroom, he asks Eikichi to wash his back, all this while he tells him more details; 10 years ago, the Busters team was formed and without Yuko's power it would be impossible to seal curses. Before Yuko, curses had no physical form, but changed forms as Saga thrived. The force of the curse took shape in the past, as natural disasters and ruin for the people of Saga. Sagako will not possess humans, but will instead eliminate people who have been blessed with prosperity of Saga. Yuko brought prosperity to Saga, but her power weakened after countless battles with Sagako. When her power ran out, she ended up being sealed and preserved in an onion, with the onion seal closed. To get Yuko back, all of Saga's curses must be sealed and, as a Sagako Buster, it is Eikichi's duty to protect those who bring prosperity.

In the morning, the Busters receive information about a Sagako appearing near a school, and MJ tells them that it is at Minami's school. Through a Fax, they receive Sagako's image along with information about him. It turns out that the Sagako is a human student from the same school. A human possessed by Sagako…or they think so.
