50 and 4 Things Left Behind (50と4つの忘れ物, 50 to 4 tsu no Wasuremono) is Junko's solo song and one of the hits that catapulted her to fame. Junko reveals during “Episode 3” of Revenge that she sings that song best when she's feeling down.

- This is the same song Ai was about to listen to on Kotaro’s computer in “Episode 15” before being interrupted by Junko and Sakura.
- It is revealed by Sakura that she had heard that song before in commercials, not knowing that it was Junko's.
- The name of the song refers to these two things:
- A reference to Junko's chronological age of 54 years old.
- With 54 squares of the Rubik's cube. Which explains why there is a Rubik's Cube on the table in the video that the voice actress, Maki Kawase, sings.
- “Eighteen Boogie”: Appears to be the Zombie Land Saga verse counterpart of “Highteen Boogie”, a 1982 film starring Masahiko Kondo, Kumiko Takeda, and Toshihiko Tahara. A girl falls in love with the biker guy who transfers into her school, and drama ensues.
- The scene is inspired by the 70s Showa drama called “Jikan desu yo”.
